One purchase authorizes the estimator on one active live website domain. The root domain and its www version count as one website.

Compatibility

Your website plan must allow custom HTML and JavaScript. A fixed public demo will be available so compatibility can be checked before purchase.

Refund boundary

The standard seven-day compatibility refund is available only before activation. Activation unlocks customized website code and ends that standard period.

Privacy

Fleur de Vie does not receive your estimator setup or your clients’ estimates. Optional email delivery goes to the provider you choose.

Is the estimate a guaranteed final quote?

No. It is an early planning range based on the services, quantities, upgrades, labor, and fees you configure. It helps potential clients understand whether their plans and budget may be a fit before they inquire. You still review the complete scope and provide the final proposal, contract, and pricing.

Do I have to publish every price?

No. You decide which categories and services are visible. Work may use a range, an open-ended range, a starting price, custom-quote wording, or no separate fee when it belongs within a larger scope.

Can clients use it without submitting their information?

Yes. Clients can build a range and download or print their Planning Estimate without entering contact details. Email sharing is optional for the business and optional for the client.

Can I customize the wording, services, and branding?

Yes. The private setup editor controls your customer-facing copy, categories, services, ranges, quantities, upgrades, fees, colors, and typography direction without requiring you to edit code.

Will it work on my website?

Your website plan must allow custom HTML and JavaScript. Use the fixed public demo before purchase to test basic compatibility. The kit includes Showit-specific guidance, but no tool can promise compatibility with every website plan or plugin configuration.

When does activation happen, and how does it affect refunds?

You can customize and preview before activation. Activate only when you know the final live domain and are ready to generate the complete website code. The standard seven-day compatibility refund is available only before activation; activation unlocks customized code and ends that standard period.

Is done-for-you setup included?

No. The purchase includes the downloadable software and self-guided resources. Limited done-for-you configuration and installation may be booked separately through a HoneyBook project with its own availability, scope, contract, timeline, and payment.

Does Fleur de Vie receive my setup or my clients’ estimates?

No. Your setup stays in your local editor and your generated estimator runs on your website. If you enable email sharing, estimates go directly to the provider you choose. Fleur de Vie receives only the limited licensing information needed to verify one active live domain.
